4. Digital business card and services

4.1 Card allocation

Upon successful registration, you will be provided with a QR‑based webpage under our domain for business or personal use. Allocation of such cards is subject to our approval and may be limited by technical constraints.

4.2 Free modifications

We may, at our discretion, offer free assistance to modify or manage your digital business card as part of the Service. The scope, frequency, and nature of these modifications are determined solely by us and may change over time.

4.3 Online business directory tool

We may provide free access to a search tool designed to enhance the visibility and performance of your digital business card. This tool may generate suggestions and search outputs based on your requirements.

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility, traffic level, or commercial result from the use of these tool.

4.4 Public and Private Cards

Public Card: If you select the Public Card option, your digital business card will be visible in our business directory. This means it may appear in search results, directory listings, and related features designed to improve visibility.

Private Card: If you select the Private Card option, your digital business card will not be visible in the business directory. You may share your card personally using the unique link or QR code provided.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for choosing whether your card is public or private. Changing visibility settings may affect how your card is discovered or shared.

5. User obligations and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in India and in your own jurisdiction, if different.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Illegal content: Upload, publish, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Intellectual property: Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person or entity.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
• Security: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

At the end of your chosen plan duration, you may renew by purchasing a new plan. Renewal pricing will be based on the rates in effect at the time of renewal.

8.4 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or service unavailability.

8.5 Taxes

Prices listed are exclusive with taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
